Once your order has been processed and collected from our factory, you will receive:

Please note that international delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Returns & Damaged Goods

We take immense pride in our quality control, checking every zip and seam before packing. However, in the rare event that a parcel arrives damaged:

• Please check the external packaging before signing for it. If the box is visibly crushed or open, please mark it as “DAMAGED” with the driver or refuse delivery.
• Contact our support team via email within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we will assist you immediately.
